OUR STRATEGIC ALLIANCE 

We have built partnerships and strategic alliances with local, international and multilateral organizations to leverage on our capacity to deliver value. We are working with MITA, Malta Information Technology Agency , Kedari Capital Ltd, an investment banking group, Alpha Law Chambers and ADA Global LLC, an expert team of tax and government revenue collection consultants based in Washington DC, USA.

MITA

Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA), the Commonwealth and European Union leader in the design and implementation of e-governance and capacity building.

MITA is the ICT Agency for the Government of Malta and is owned entirely by the Government of Malta. The Agency operates the Government ICT infrastructure and is responsible for the programme management and implementation of the Government’s corporate, shared and business critical systems and their maintenance and support.  The organisation employs over 350 professionals in the different ICT disciplines relating to, amongst others, ICT Strategy, Governance and Architecture, Information Security, e-Government, Business Applications, Sourcing and Vendor Management, Networking and Human Capital.  The organisation also works closely with the local and international ICT industry and other Government Agencies and entities.

Mr. Sherman is an experienced Management and Business Planning Consultant who uses his 20 years of public and private sector experience in various areas of management consulting, change management, transition management, process analyses and improvement, training development and delivery, quality assurance, and systems integration. Mr. Sherman recently performed a business process optimization project for a public sector customer developing procedures and conducting training to

 

Paul Dion, PHD (Senior Consultant)

Education:

• Ph.D. in Marketing, University of Toronto:
• M.B.A. McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario
• B.A. Experimental Psychology, University of Toronto

Experience:

Mr. Dion is an experienced Business Management and Market Research Consultant who uses his 30+ years of public and private sector experience in various areas of market research, management consulting, business administration, survey analysis, feasibility studies, training development and delivery, quality assurance, and systems evaluation. Mr. Dion is a professor of management at Susquehanna University where he teaches marketing and marketing research. He recently developed a Ph. D. program in Human resources and marketing for the University of the West Indies. This included course, instructors, program structure and funding. He also developed and delivered programs to upgrade the quantitative skills of Management and Social Science faculty at the University of the West Indies in St. Augustine Trinidad while on sabbatical. Dr. Dion developed and teaches doctoral level courses in Multivariate Statistics, Research Techniques, Marketing Management and Research and Brand Equity, and structural equation modeling.
