Feyisetan (Feyi) Akinbile is veteran HR practitioner with functional management and leadership experience of over two decades spanning Banking and Aviation. His recent past organisational leadership role was as General Manager of the Helicopter Division of one of the Nigerian leading airlines.
Today, he is the Senior Partner and Lead Faculty at FACTS Limited; a firm with core competences in Capacity Development, Change Management, Organisation Design (OD), Organisational Behaviour (OB), Talent Resourcing and Corporate Culture institutionalisation. The firm’s consulting business portfolio cuts across industry boundaries – Government, Manufacturing, Banking, Aviation, Healthcare, Telecommunication, Entertainment etc.

Feyi's life passion is continuous learning, the constant transfer of knowledge and the development of leaders at every stratum of organisational governance structure. One of his main focus is Cultural/Orientation Change and ethical leadership in every sphere of life.
Feyi was a lecturer at the Centre for Law and Business (CLB), Lagos, where he taught International Human Resources. He is also a regular guest of institutions of learning, where he facilitates Youth Development Programmes (YDPs).
He is an alumnus of Oxford University, UK and HEC Paris, where he completed the Consulting and Coaching for Change (CCC) programme; as well as The Polytechnic Ibadan.
